  1. Open to African citizens aged 18 and above
  2. Individual or team entries (max 3 members)
  3. All dishes must use at least 80% African ingredients
  4. Recipes must be original or culturally authentic
  5. Participants must submit a video and recipe during registration
  6. Finalists will be invited to cook live at the event venue
  7. Organizers reserve rights to media coverage and promotional use
  8. Respectful conduct is mandatory; violations lead to disqualification
