South Africa's suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department deputy chief Julius Mkhwanazi and a senior Ekurhuleni municipal official are expected to appear in the Boksburg Magistrates Court, east of Johannesburg today.
They face charges of fraud, corruption, and ...defeating the ends of justice. Mkhwanazi was arrested shortly after he spent several days testifying before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria.
