The independent panel chaired by retired Chief Justice Sandile Ngcobo found that ...Ramaphosa had a prima facie case to answer regarding an undeclared 500-thousand dollars in cash stolen from his Phala Phala farm in 2020.

Ramaphosa addressed the nation last night and said he is not resigning. He added that the complaints against him are based on hearsay and there is no evidence to prove that he violated the constitution or committed serious misconduct.
